For Pi day I could have done something mathematical and calculated π using some kind of creative method in a Matt Parker-esque style. That would have been more in the spirit of the day but I weighed up my options, I could do maths or I could eat. I decided to leave the maths to the experts.
I Googled where to get pie near work as I had a new lunch plan. The best option that came up was Pieminster up on Leather Lane so I walked up there. There were a surprising number of veggie options available!
Okay so there were lots of veggie options on the menu but I’d gotten there after 2pm so the only actually available was the Heidi, not my first choice but it did sound good!
It was delicious but really heavy, I finished it and ultimately regretted it. Maybe I should have suck to maths.
Later on I watched Matt Parker’s 2019 Pi Day celebration which was a good one. I’m not sure it beat the year he measured Pi with pies though.
Pi Day… 7/10 both Pi and Pie are good!
