Project: Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)
Role: Compositor
Company: Industrial Light and Magic
Time on Project: 8 months

Working on The Last Jedi was an extremely challenging project. Even though the schedule was quite long, there was a lot of difficult work to do, and we had to move fast, turning around lots of iterations quickly. It was, however, very rewarding to help create the amazing imagery. And getting to comp an X-wing was a career highlight.

The sequences that I was involved in were the Bombing Run at the star of the film, Kylo Ren's Torpedo Run assault on the Resistance flagship, and the Canto Bight casino and Fathier chase. The work was predominantly full CG shots, with some plate based work and some big FX pieces.
